Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Noeka Home.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
INTERPRETATION
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural or uppercase or lowercase.
DEFINITIONS
· Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Noeka Home, LLC.
· Goods refer to the items offered for sale in-store, online, or service.
· Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
· Service refers to the Website.
· Website refers to Noeka Home, accessible from noekahome.com
· You refers to the individual accessing or using the service, purchasing online or in-store, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, purchasing items in-store or online, as applicable.
STORE CREDIT FOR ALL GOODS PURCHASED
We offer exchanges and returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
We will accept returns and exchanges on some items within 3 days of purchase per the below, outlined policy. There are items that are not eligible for a return as noted in the policy. Returns are for store credit only.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE PURCHASED IN-STORE
Please inspect all items prior to purchasing. Items in-store are purchased as-is.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS PURCHASED IN-STORE
· The Goods were purchased within the last 3 days.
· The Goods are in the original packaging and the packaging is in excellent, like-new reusable and resalable condition.
· The Goods were not used or damaged.
· The tag has not been removed and is still affixed to the product.
· You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
· The Goods were purchased in-store.
The following Goods cannot be returned in-store:
· All furniture, ceiling lighting, rugs, floor plants and planters, mirrors, wall art, wall décor, delicate/fragile home décor/accessories, minerals/stones, clearance and final sale items.
· The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, customized items.
· The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
· The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
· The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
· The Goods were purchased online.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
ONLINE PURCHASES
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE PURCHASED ONLINE
If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 3 days. The email should include photos and a detailed explanation of the damage including information about the packaging and condition of the box/envelope/bag or whatever it was shipped to you in. The return must be approved prior to shipping back any product. Once approved a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA Number) will be emailed to you and a label with which to send the merchandise back with.
Please do not ship anything back without prior authorization. All returns must have an RGA Number clearly marked on the package. No credit will be issued without this number. Items returned without prior approval will not be credited or shipped back.

Defective or damaged merchandise is eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. This is the only case in which a refund will be issued.
STORE CREDIT FOR GOODS PURCHASED ONLINE
Important Note: Some items are not eligible for return and are considered final sale, including but not limited to lamp shades, antiques, vintage items, heavy furniture, and all items from the vendor Enchanted Home. Additionally, any items marked “Final Sale” are excluded from returns. If you have any questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please email hello@noekahome.com prior to your purchase.
In accordance with applicable state laws, online purchases are eligible for return.
A return request must be made within 7 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to obtain a return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement including if any damage or defects are present with the product. The return must be approved prior to shipping back any product. Once approved a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA Number) will be emailed to you and an address in which to return the merchandise will be provided.
Please do not ship anything back without prior authorization. All returns must have an RGA Number clearly marked on the package. No credit will be issued without this number. Items returned without prior approval will not be credited or shipped back.
There will be a 25% RESTOCKING FEE applied to each item included in the return. This will be deducted from the store credit amount. Some of our vendors may charge up to 50% depending on the items. If there are any questions about restocking fees, please contact us prior to purchase.

Store credit will be issued to you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS FOR GOODS PURCHASED ONLINE
· The goods were received within the last 7 days, excluding items noted above as not eligible for return or any items marked "Final Sale"
· The Goods are in the original packaging and the packaging is in excellent, like-new reusable condition.
· The Goods were not used or damaged.
· You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
· The Goods were purchased online.
The following Goods cannot be returned online:
· The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, customized items.
· The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
· The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
· The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
· The Goods were purchased in-store.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced goods are eligible for store credit. Unfortunately, goods on sale or clearance cannot be returned, this does not include promotions. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
RETURNING GOODS PURCHASED ONLINE
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods back to us. We will provide a shipping address to send the items back to.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail/courier service. We are unable to issue store credit without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
A RESTOCKING FEE OF 25%+ WILL BE APPLIED AND DEDUCTED FROM THE STORE CREDIT. Some restocking fees are up to 50% depending on merchandise and vendor. Please email us if there are any questions in advance of your purchase if there are any questions about specific items.
Items returned without prior approval will not be credited or shipped back.
