SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Noeka Home.
The following terms are applicable for any products purchased with us.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship via the method selected at checkout. If a substitution is necessary, it will only be made for an option with the same or faster delivery timeframe.
Please note that stated shipping times refer to carrier transit times only and do not include order formatting, processing, or preparation. Most orders require 3–7 business days to be processed before shipment. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the method chosen at checkout.
INTERPRETATION
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural, or in uppercase or lowercase.
DEFINITIONS
· Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Noeka Home, LLC.
· Goods refer to the items offered for sale online or through our service.
· Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
· Service refers to the Website.
· Website refers to Noeka Home, accessible from noekahome.com.
· You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, purchasing online, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
STORE CREDIT POLICY
We offer exchanges and returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit never expires and is issued once your return is accepted and processed.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. Please email photos and a detailed explanation of the issue, including information about the packaging and condition of the box or mailer upon delivery.
All returns require prior authorization. Once approved, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number will be emailed to you, along with return instructions and a return address.
Do not ship any items back without prior authorization. Returns without an RGA Number will not be credited or shipped back.

Defective or damaged merchandise is eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. This is the only case in which a refund will be issued.
STORE CREDIT FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Some items are final sale and not eligible for return, including but not limited to lamp shades, antiques, vintage items, heavy furniture, and all items from the vendor Enchanted Home. Items marked “Final Sale” are also excluded from return.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
All returns require approval and an RGA Number prior to shipping. Once approved, instructions and a return address will be provided. Returns without prior approval will not be credited or returned.
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit.

Store credit will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
· The goods were received within the last 7 days (excluding items noted as not eligible for return).
· The Goods are in their original packaging and the packaging is in excellent, reusable condition.
· The Goods were not used or damaged.
· You have proof of purchase.
· The Goods were purchased online through Noeka Home.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
· Personalized or custom-made items.
· Goods that by nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate quickly, or have expired.
· Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
· Items that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods.
· Items marked “Final Sale.”
Only regular-priced goods are eligible for store credit. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned (this does not include temporary promotions).
RETURNING GOODS
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. We recommend an insured, trackable carrier, as Noeka Home is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
A 25–50% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the store credit. Items returned without prior approval will not be credited or shipped back.
