The following terms are applicable for any products purchased with us.

SHIPPING POLICY,

We ship via the method selected at checkout. If a substitution is necessary, it will only be made for an option with the same or faster delivery timeframe.

Please note that stated shipping times refer to carrier transit times only and do not include order formatting, processing, packaging, vendor handling, freight coordination, or preparation time. While many orders are processed within 3–7 business days, certain items, vendors, lighting collections, freight shipments, custom pieces, or high-volume periods may require extended processing and shipping timelines. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the method chosen at checkout.

LIGHTING & SPECIALTY ITEM SHIPPING

Certain lighting and specialty items may require extended processing and transit times. Some lighting orders may take up to 4 weeks or longer to ship due to overseas sourcing, container shipments, port delays, customs processing, or other international shipping conditions outside of Noeka Home’s control.

To help offset these timelines, many of these items include complimentary shipping and are offered at highly competitive pricing.

Estimated shipping timelines are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on global shipping and vendor conditions.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders begin processing immediately upon submission. Due to the nature of our fulfillment systems and vendor partnerships, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

This includes orders:

· Submitted to vendors or fulfillment partners
· Entered into warehouse processing
· Packed or prepared for shipment
· Custom, made-to-order, freight, final sale merchandise, etc. 

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including all product selections, variants, options, drop-down menu selections, dimensions, finishes, colors, quantities, promotional codes, shipping information, and billing information. Orders will be fulfilled exactly as submitted.

If eligible under our return policy, approved returns may qualify for store credit only and may be subject to applicable restocking fees.

By placing an order with Noeka Home, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

ORDER ACCURACY, PRODUCT SELECTIONS, PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNTS

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order in its entirety prior to completing checkout.

Please carefully verify all information before placing your order, including but not limited to:

• Product selections, variants, and options (including any drop-down menus or selection boxes)
• Quantities
• Dimensions and sizing
• Colors, finishes, and styles
• Promotional codes, coupons, and discounts
• Shipping information
• Billing information

Many products are available in multiple configurations. The item shipped will be only the specific product option selected during checkout. Product photographs may display multiple configurations, accessories, or styling examples for illustrative purposes. Your order will include only the specific product option selected at the time of purchase.

Promotional codes, coupons, and discounts must be entered and successfully applied during checkout before an order is submitted.

Once an order has been placed:

• Promotional codes, coupons, or discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
• Discounts cannot be added after checkout.
• Orders cannot be modified to apply a promotional code, coupon, or discount after purchase.
• Refunds, partial refunds, price adjustments, or store credit will not be issued for promotional codes, coupons, or discounts that were not entered or successfully applied during checkout.

Some products are excluded from promotional codes, coupons, discounts, and special offers. Any applicable exclusions will be reflected automatically during checkout. Products that are not eligible for a promotion will not receive the discount, and no adjustments, refunds, partial refunds, store credit, or price modifications will be issued after an order has been placed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products that include complimentary or free shipping, manufacturer-direct shipping, special pricing, clearance pricing, final sale pricing, or other promotional pricing may be excluded from additional promotional codes, coupons, discounts, or special offers. Any applicable exclusions will be reflected during checkout.

If a promotional code, coupon, or discount does not apply to a product during checkout, that product is not eligible for the promotion.

Noeka Home is not responsible for customer errors made during checkout, including but not limited to incorrect product selections, variants, quantities, dimensions, colors, finishes, shipping information, billing information, or failure to enter or successfully apply a promotional code, coupon, or discount prior to submitting an order.

By submitting your order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed your order in its entirety and that all product selections, variants, options, quantities, dimensions, pricing, promotional codes, discounts, shipping information, and billing information are accurate. You further acknowledge that any applicable promotional exclusions were reflected during checkout and agree that your order will be fulfilled exactly as submitted.

INTERPRETATION

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural, or in uppercase or lowercase.

DEFINITIONS

· Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Noeka Home, LLC.
· Goods refer to the items offered for sale online or through our service.
· Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
· Service refers to the Website.
· Website refers to Noeka Home, accessible from noekahome.com.
· You refers to the individual accessing or using the Service, purchasing online, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

STORE CREDIT POLICY

We offer exchanges and returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit never expires and is issued once your return is accepted and processed.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. Please email photos of the item(s), the box and packaging, and a detailed explanation of the issue, including information about the packaging and condition of the box or mailer upon delivery.

All returns require prior authorization. Once approved, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number will be emailed to you, along with return instructions and a return address.

Do not ship any items back without prior authorization. Returns without an RGA Number will not be credited or shipped back.

Defective or damaged merchandise is eligible for a refund to the original form of payment. This is the only case in which a refund will be issued.

STORE CREDIT FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Some items are final sale and not eligible for return, including but not limited to lamp shades, antiques, vintage items, heavy furniture, and lighting items from Dlight Lighting, including chandeliers and pendants marked “Free Shipping.” All items marked “Final Sale” or found under the “Sale” section of our website are also excluded from return. 

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

All returns require approval and an RGA Number prior to shipping. Once approved, instructions and a return address will be provided. Returns without prior approval will not be credited or returned.

A restocking fee of up to 25% will be deducted from the store credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store credit will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

· The goods were received within the last 7 days (excluding items noted as not eligible for return).
· The Goods are in their original packaging and the packaging is in excellent, reusable condition.
· The Goods were not used or damaged.
· You have proof of purchase.
· The Goods were purchased online through Noeka Home.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

· Personalized or custom-made items.
· Goods that by nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate quickly, or have expired.
· Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
· Items that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods.
· Items marked “Final Sale.”

Only regular-priced goods are eligible for store credit. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned (this does not include temporary promotions).

RETURNING GOODS

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. We recommend an insured, trackable carrier, as Noeka Home is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

A  restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied and deducted from the store credit. Items returned without prior approval will not be credited or shipped back.

CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE TIMES

We strive to respond to all customer inquiries as promptly as possible. Our standard customer service response time is within 72 business hours.

Response times may be extended during periods of high inquiry volume, holidays, promotional events, severe weather, vendor or freight delays, staffing limitations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Submitting multiple emails regarding the same inquiry may increase response times, as requests are generally addressed in the order they are received.

While many inquiries are answered sooner, response times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
