Wood & Rattan Care - 

• Clean stained or painted finishes with a soft, lint-free dry cloth — do not use cleaning products.

• Always wipe with the grain using long, straight strokes to avoid swirl marks.

• Maintain stable temperature (50°F–80°F / 10°C–27°C) and humidity (25%–40%) to prevent wood movement or finish damage.

• Avoid direct sunlight, which can cause fading or discoloration.

• Keep furniture away from moisture — rattan and wood are sensitive to humidity and water exposure.

• Wipe up spills immediately and store furniture in a dry, climate-controlled environment.

Warranty Information:

Frames - 

• Duration: 1 year from the date of invoice.

• Coverage: Protection against defective workmanship or materials.

• Remedy: At the manufacturer's and Noeka Home’s discretion, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

• Returns: Whether a return is required will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

• Shipping: Purchaser is responsible for all freight charges related to returns, repairs, or replacements.

• Limitations: The warranty period does not renew or extend after repair or replacement.
