Frames are covered under a limited manufacturer’s warranty and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Manufacturing defects are fully covered; however, normal wear, tear, and changes resulting from everyday use are not included under this warranty. This coverage is designed to protect against craftsmanship or structural issues—not damage from regular use, accidents, or improper care.

Fabrics:

• Warranty does not cover fabric treated with solvent repellent treatments.

• Treated fabric may discolor when washed or dry-cleaned.

• Wearing, wrinkling, fading, and pilling are not covered.

  • Pilling is a natural occurrence from normal use and not a defect.

Delivery:
