Seat Cushion Options:

• Standard Cushion: No upcharge
  Features a 1.8 lb high-resiliency foam core wrapped in soft, three-dimensional polyester fiber for balanced comfort and support. Encased in a 300 thread-count, down-proof ticking for lasting durability.
  Note: Fully upholstered frames use accord ticking to encase the cushions.

• Firm Cushion: Available for an upcharge
  Built with the same high-quality materials as the Standard Cushion but with a firmer feel—ideal for those who prefer extra support.

• Feather Blend Cushion: Available for an upcharge
  A supportive 1.8 lb foam core is wrapped in a Feather barrier duvet cover filled with a blend of 50% fiber, 45% duck feather, and 5% down. This cushion offers a plush, casual feel with great resiliency and loft.
  Note: All accent chairs come standard with Feather Blend Cushions.

• Comfort Chic Cushion: Available for an upcharge
  A 1.8 lb foam core wrapped in Trillium, a premium down-alternative fiber, and encased in cotton ticking. It delivers the luxurious comfort of down with easy care and lasting shape

Maintenance & Care:

We do not warrant against shrinkage, fading, or damage due to the variables in washing processes or fabric characteristics. To maintain quality, we recommend washing slipcovers no more than once or twice a year to prevent premature wear.

Spot Cleaning Instructions:

• Lightly brush off excess dirt.

• Prepare a cleaning solution with ¼ cup of bleach and warm water.

• Spray fabric with the solution and use a sponge or soft-bristle brush to clean, ensuring the fabric is fully saturated.

• Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

• Air dry completely.

• Increase bleach for tougher stains as needed.

Washing Instructions:

• Do not overload the washer.

• Close all zippers on seats, backs, and throws to prolong seam life.

• Machine wash warm, gentle cycle with bleach.

• Run an extra rinse cycle if needed to remove soap.

• Air dry only — do not place in the dryer.

• Reinstall covers while slightly damp to ensure a smooth fit.

• Do not dry clean.

Warranty Information:

At Noeka Home, our commitment is to provide exceptional quality and craftsmanship designed to offer years of comfort, service, and beauty. This warranty applies to the original retail owner under normal, non-commercial use.

Frames & Suspension Seating System:

• Frames are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product.

• Drop-in coil unit, swivel glider, and glider ottoman mechanisms are warranted for 3 years.

• Bar chair stretchers are warranted for 1 year.

Cushions:

• High Resiliency Foam seat cushion core – warranted for 10 years against loss of resiliency.

• Feather Blend and Comfort Chic seat cushions – warranted for 5 years.

• Fiber, feather, or down (seats and backs) are not covered.

• Back cushions do not carry a warranty.

• Cushion fiber will soften with use.

• Replacement cushions are available; returned originals will be reviewed with the supplier for possible credit.

• Regular flipping and rotating are recommended to maintain their look and feel.

Fabric & Slipcovers:

• Fabric on the base frame and slipcovers is warranted for 1 year for zipper, seam slippage, and fraying.

• Warranty does not cover fabric treated with solvent repellent treatments.

• Treated fabric may discolor when washed or dry-cleaned.

• Wearing, wrinkling, fading, and pilling are not covered.

  • Pilling is a natural occurrence from normal use and not a defect.
